125xxx Series AC Resistive + Inductive Load Banks
These Load Banks are supplied with 0.8 Power Factor and are available from 30KVA to 300KVA. The resistive load comprises the wire-wound Resistive element of Nichrome encapsulated in a Stainless-Steel tube and insulated using Magnesium power. The Inductive load comprises wire wound aluminum Inductor with different current ratings
These Load Banks are well containerized wherein heater chambers and control/switchgear chambers are thermally insulated. The load chamber is completely isolated from the rest of the frame structure of the panel to arrest load chamber heat into load chamber itself.
These Load Banks can operate in Automatic as well as Manual Mode. The Automatic mode allows automatic ON/OFF action for each load step. The Automatic Controller continuously monitors the health of a Load Bank and takes appropriate action in case of any undesired events. The overload/short circuit, phase failure, phase reversal, over-heat and fan failure protection features make them very safe to operate.
The Load Bank supports networking, The multiple VSOFT Load Banks of any series can be networked together to enhance the total KVA capacity and can be operated concurrently.
The Load Bank provides load profiling and Data logging features. The load profiling allows end users to customize testing needs and utilize Load Bank accordingly. The data logging gives data trends as far as testing results are concerned.
The forced cooling system offers two variations, and the end customer can select any one of them based on the Site situation. The cooling system chamber and heater chamber are separated to avoid the impact of vibrations generated by the cooling fans.
