Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
The Annual Maintenance Contract involves routine checkup and maintenance of load banks. It reduces the downtime and ensures readiness of load banks for any testing task. The one-year AMC includes only maintenance work and the cost of the replacement of defective parts is extra and at actual. The AMC activity involves the following:
- Quarterly site visit
- Visual Inspection of a product under AMC
- Cleaning of a product under AMC from inside and from outside too
- Identification of defective parts if any.
- Make a report of defective parts and submit it to the concerned stakeholder for approval
- The replacement of defective parts
- Re-testing of a product under AMC
- Prepare a test report and submit it to the concerned stakeholder
